You will receive an email regarding order details & an estimate for your order within three days of submitting your request.

The complexity and quantity of your design can affect processing time. You will, however, be contacted to offer updates.

Only after your order has been confirmed by you (and you've made a payment of 50% of your invoice, non-refundable) can we begin the process of actually creating.

50% of the remaining balance must be paid before the order can be shipped.

​

In general, orders are ready between seven and ten days once have been approved & paid 50% of your invoice.
